Karachi RCC (Reinforced concrete cements) pipes and blocks that all are known for their strength. We design product at latest machine designed & developed in different dimensions to meet the unique requirements of the clients.
Cylindrical steel moulds of specified dimensions placed over automatic revolved platform/flywheels are spun with a controlled speed which in turn creates the centrifugal force, acting outwards. This compress the concrete (with or without steel enforcement cement) poured inside the mould during its rotation and manually smoothened/levelled until it assumes the shape and form of the pipe of the required wall thickness.
We are a dependable manufacturer and supplier of an extensive variety of Concrete Block Machines. Our range is fabricated from diverse grade of raw materials such as steel and iron acquired from qualified vendors. We offer made to order assortment of product to our clients to suit their specifications.
Raw materials such as cement, steel, stone blast & sand are procured from established vendors base. These raw materials inspected at arrival on our factory site. The materials are sent to manufacturing unit only after approval of quality controllers.
The manufacturing is done under the strict supervision of highly qualified engineers. In the process, we conduct variety of tests such as slump test, compressure strength and concrete internal finish.
We conduct rigorous testing for every batch of products at random, to ensure that the entire batch complies with international standards. Various tests conducted at our facility include the following for precise assessment of our RCC based products:
